Crisis preparedness
Preparing for a possible crisis and managing the risk to the reputation of your business is a critical activity for any organisation.
We work with boards, senior management, SMEs and business owners in preparing communications plans for crisis/emergency scenarios that are unique to your organisation. Having these plans in place gives comfort knowing that the major thinking has already been done and the plan is ready to go if, or when, needed.
Our crisis preparedness package includes a media training component. As well as giving an overview of how the media works, and the do’s and don’ts of media engagement, we also plan and record interview scenarios by a senior working journalist on topics that are relevant to your business.
As well as giving our clients an excellent base to engage with the media, our training package has given participants excellent skills to undertake any form of public presentation that make your brand shine even in the most challenging of situations.
