Happy New Year to you all, we hope 2018 brings all that you wish - and, hopefully, more!

This year has got off to a busy start with a number of e-newsletters and magazines in the pipeline -  writing material and editorial is a major component of our business.

We are working with a new client on its reputation management strategies so it is better organised (from a communications standpoint) if a crisis does occur. A key client feedback programme is underway with one of our lovely Auckland clients. Face-to-face interviews with key clients is an incredibly useful tool to help build your business.
