This year, instead of giving our clients and friends a Christmas gift, we have made a donation to the Fred Hollows Foundation that helps restore eyesight to people in the Pacific.

Understanding key clients

Working closely and understanding your key clients is, as we all know, vital to the success of your business.

Key clients want personal engagement and a deep understanding of their needs. Sending them an online survey to get their feedback is not enough. They don't feel special and they won't tell you anyway - or not what you need to hear.

At Adroite, we've developed a key client feedback programme where we visit your key clients for a one-on-one discussion about all aspects of your client service. Your clients not only give us an honesrt evaluation of your current service delivery regime and how you can improve it, but it also gives you a vital snapshot of their future needs and aspirations, and how you can help them achieve those goals. 

Crisis preparedness

We continue to work with businesses in developing a communications plan around crisis preparedness. This gives management, and the board, comfort that reputational risks that are unique to your business have been identified, and you have a robust comms plan in the event the worst happens. 


We have worked for several organisations in their communications around sexual harassment and/or bullying allegations. It goes without saying that this is a highly sensitive subject requiring a great deal of strategic thought, finesse and thoughtful responses.
